Molly Rosenblum is the founder and managing attorney of Rosenblum Law, a Las Vegas family law firm that marked its 20th anniversary on December 5, 2025. Born in Virginia and raised in Las Vegas from the age of two, she has practiced in Clark County for more than two decades and now leads a five-attorney firm handling high-asset divorce, contested prenuptial agreements, high-conflict custody, and LGBTQ+ family law. The firm is licensed to serve clients in Nevada and Idaho and is expanding its work beyond the Las Vegas metro, including Reno.
Rosenblum graduated cum laude from the William S. Boyd School of Law at UNLV in 2002 as a member of the school’s second graduating class. She received the Dean’s Award for Academic Performance and served on Law Review and Moot Court. She was an original member of the Public Interest Lawyers Association and helped create its annual silent auction, which now raises tens of thousands of dollars each year to support student public-interest work.
Before opening her own office, she externed for Chief Judge Phillip Pro in federal court and then spent several formative years with trial lawyer J. Mitchell Cobeaga. That work took her through criminal defense, family law, personal injury, premises liability, and medical malpractice and trained her to try cases as well as settle them. A pro bono matter later set her course. “I took a pro bono case representing children nobody else seemed to want,” she has said. “I was able to get them placed into an amazing foster home where they were adopted. I saw the oldest graduate from high school. That’s when I knew I needed to be in family law.”
She founded Rosenblum Law in 2005 with the aim of giving Clark County families trial-ready representation and treating each file as the firm’s most important case. Over twenty years the practice has handled more than $100 million in high-asset matters. Rosenblum is a court-appointed guardian ad litem, a certified AFCC parenting coordinator, and a member of the Raise the Bar committee, which works on professional standards for family court practitioners in Las Vegas. She is licensed in Nevada and Idaho.
Clients come to her for courtroom experience as well as negotiation. She has tried cases to verdict and has also resolved matters at the table when that served the client better. After more than twenty years in Nevada family court, she and her team handle the full range of family cases—from complex estates and prenuptial disputes to custody fights that require both litigation skill and a plan the children can live with.
